In this year's awards, the Austrian paper industry will be focusing on its efforts to meet the EU climate targets and decarbonise within the Green Deal framework. It will also focus on its ability to maintain its competitiveness internationally while balancing its global efforts. As an industry, we are well aware of our responsibility to nature and society. This responsibility is a part of our everyday lives. We think and act sustainably in all aspects. We have set ourselves bold goals that we are firmly committed to achieving.
