ANNUAL PAYETTE LAKE WOODEN & CLASSIC BOW SHOWMark your calendars for August 2, 3, and 4, 2024.Payette Lake Chapter invites ACBS boaters from all chapters to come and join us at a fun antique show on August 2, 3, with a morning run to North Beach, Idaho, on August 4. We are teaming up with the City of McCall, the Idaho British Car Club and Payette Lake to put on a combined show. Over 30 boats in various construction materials and ages will be on the water. There will also be static displays of classic cars and boats on land. On Friday, the show will start with an informal gathering for participants that evening. The classic boats are on display in the city docks at Art Roberts Park & Legacy Park on Friday, August 4, from noon to 6pm, and on Saturday, august 5, from 9am to 5pm.The site of the show is located in the middle of town, at the docks Art Roberts Park or Legacy Park (Dock Locations), with static displays along Lake Street. The historic "Glass House" on the lake will host the awards banquet for the show. The awards will be given out after the banquet.On Sunday morning we will be serving coffee and cakes to all participants on our classic boat, 'Run To North Beach'.Our launch crew will meet exhibitors at the Mile High Marina launch ramp. Our launch crew will assist with unloading boats, directing parking for trailers, and guiding boats to their designated show display area.The rooms at the Glass House are all booked for this year. Still, there are vacation rentals for the weekend. Lodging is in high demand at that time of year.We plan to bring an original Grumman Widgeon Flying Boat in 2024. We hope to see everyone there, whether you love classic wood boats or classic cars.Click on the link below to access the registration form or enter the URL.
